That´s easy! After adding your frame to the shopping bag, you will see your options to choose from. There will be standard single power options to click.

If you need progressive powers or have other needs, please upload your prescription in the checkout or send it in an email after you finish your order. We can help with that as well.

Of course you can! Many customers but their frame with us and take it to their local optician to have it fitted and mounted with lenses as they might need a new vision test anyway.

If this is your first pair of glasses we will be happy to help you find an optician in your area. Just leave a note here

All eyewear (glasses and sunglasses) come with a 2-year warranty on manufacturing errors. If anything happens to them, let us know and we can hook you up with a replacement or a repair. 

Yes you can! After you've purchased your frame, you'll need to make a claim to your insurance company and submit your receipt to them. Insurance plans and instructions may vary, so don´t hesitate to get in touch if you need our help or special documentation.


We offer 14-day exchanges or refunds on frames, so if you aren't happy with our frames you can choose one of those options.

When you but only the frame allow for 2 - 4 business days to receive your order depending on your location.

When you add personalized options like lenses with powers, blue light filter or sun/tinted lenses please allow up to two weeks for manufacturing and mounting your choices. Quality takes time and we want to get everything just right for you!
